Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (25%) or full payment to our company account, as per the terms agreed upon during the booking process.

Payment: Full payment for the tour package must be made before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise specified in the booking terms. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

Amendment of Booking: Any changes to the booking, including but not limited to date changes, itinerary alterations, or accommodation requests, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, are valid and obtained before the commencement of the trip.

Health and Safety: Travelers must ensure that they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the activities included in the tour package. Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed to the travel agency prior to booking.

Responsibility: Expedia Holiday P Ltd acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers involved in the tour package. It shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any act or omission of such third-party providers.

Force Majeure: Expedia Holiday P Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Traveler: Cancellations made by the traveler are subject to the following charges:

More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit (25%)

15-30 days before departure: 40% of total tour cost

Less than 15 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost

Cancellation by Expedia Holiday P Ltd: In the event that the Expedia Holiday P Ltd cancels the tour package due to unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

No-show: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on the scheduled departure date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.

Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request, minus any applicable fees or charges.

Change of Itinerary: In the event of changes to the itinerary due to factors beyond the control of the travel agency, including weather conditions or force majeure events, the agency reserves the right to alter or cancel the tour without prior notice. Any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes shall be borne by the traveler.
