Expedia Holiday is a well-known Destination Management company with head office in Kathmandu, Nepal that provides travel related services like; trekking, Peak climbing and expedition, tour packages, flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services. Expedia has a comprehensive set of policies and guidelines for their users, which include the following:

Booking and Payment: When you make a booking through Expedia Holiday, you must provide accurate information and ensure that the payment details are correct. Expedia Holiday accepts various forms of payment, bank/wire transfers including credit/debit cards, and remittance.

Cancellation and Refunds: Expedia Holiday’s cancellation and refund policies vary based on the provider and service booked. It’s important to review the terms and conditions of your booking before making any changes or cancellations.

Travel Documentation: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, before departure. Expedia does not provide any visa or passport services.

Travel Insurance: Expedia do not offer any travel insurance options to the traveler however we make sure our staff will be insured as per the requirement.

Customer Service: Expedia Holiday has a customer service team available 24/7 to assist travelers with any questions or concerns they may have. You can contact them via phone, email, or chat

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These booking Terms and conditions contain important information. It is essential that you read them carefully and understand them as they apply to all services provided by Expedia Holiday P Ltd.

Travel Insurance 

We advise you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, nature calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident if you are coming for Trekking, Peak climbing and Expedition in Nepal. We do not have any insurance policies.

Changes by You 

If you wish to change your tour, you must inform our staff at least 30 days before the tour. Any extra charge or loss incurred due to such change will be borne by you.

Cancellation by the Company 

In the event that your trip is necessitated to be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as border closures, non-issuance or cancellation of visas by the government, war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, terrorist activities, or the threat thereof, as well as airport closures, we will promptly notify you. In such circumstances, we will make every effort to offer you an alternative trip of comparable standard, or provide a refund for the amount paid to us. Please note that the refund will be subject to deduction of the expenses incurred for flight bookings, visas, permits, hotels, and vehicle reservations. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of these expenses to facilitate your insurance claim process.

Refund 

No refund will be made to any tour member in-case of incomplete tour/trek/peak climbing/expedition due to what so ever reasons.

Privacy 

Expedia Holiday P Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions 

Expedia Holiday P Ltd has the authority and the right to at any time it sees fit to change or modify all or any part of these terms and conditions.
