DETAILS ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu & transfer to Hotel

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, our dedicated airport representative will warmly welcome with traditional Dhaka Khada and transfered to your hotel in (Check in at 1400 Hrs).

Reminder of the day is at leisure.

Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu (No Meal)

Day 2: Kathmandu City Tour & Drive to Namobuddha

After enjoying breakfast, we’ll embark on a Kathmandu city tour, exploring iconic cultural and historical landmarks.

Pashupatinath Temple: Pashupatinath is a sacred Hindu temple visited by millions annually to seek blessings from Lord Shiva. It offers insights into Hindu funeral rituals and features various temples, including one dedicated to Vishnu.

Boudhanath Stupa: Conclude the sightseeing at Boudhanath, one of the largest stupas globally,and a vital pilgrimage site for Buddhists. Walk around the stupa, spinning prayer wheels and absorbing the spiritual ambiance.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square: is located in the center of Bhaktapur. The main items of interest in Bhaktapur Durbar Square are the Lion Gate, the Golden Gate and the statues of kings on stone monoliths. The Golden Gate was erected by King Ranjit Malla as the entrance to the main courtyard of the Fifty-five Windowed Palace. The Palace of Fifty-five Windows was built during the reign of King Yakshya Malla in A.D. 1427 and was remodeled by King Bhupatindra Malla in the Seventeenth century. Bhaktapur Durbar (Royal) Square was added to the list of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO in 1979.

Half a day, we travel east towards Namobuddha, a major Buddhist site in Nepal, offering our first glimpse of the towering Himalayan mountains. Along the way, we visit HRDC Hospital, providing free care to underprivileged children across Nepal. Continuing our drive, we stop for lunch at Dhulikhel and finally, we stay at a comfortable guest house inside the main monk area and reach Namobuddha, where we witness their peaceful ceremony.

Day 3: Drive to Timbu and Trek to Tarke Ghyang

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you’ll meet your guide for a drive to Timbu, marking the start of your hike with Peregrine Trekking. Travel in comfort in a private vehicle with spacious legroom and air conditioning for the 5-6 hour journey, admiring Nepal’s picturesque rural scenery.After lunch, your trek from the guesthouse to Tarkeghyang begins, weaving through picturesque landscapes of forests, farmland, and historic villages. Accompanied by a knowledgeable guide for safety and insights, you’ll encounter hospitable locals and catch glimpses of their daily lives. Upon arrival in Tarkeghyang, settle into a cozy lodge for relaxation and rest.

Day 4: Hike to Ama Yangri

Today, you’ll ascend to Ama Yangri Peak after enjoying the serene valley of Tarke Gyang. The hike from Tarke Gyang to Ama Yangri Peak takes approximately 4 hours, guiding you through tranquil forests and gradual slopes. Upon reaching the peak, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the Helambu region and majestic snow-capped peaks. As there are no tea houses along the route, it’s advisable to carry sufficient food and water for the journey.

Day 5: Trek from Tarke Gyang to Semathang

On the five day, your journey continues Tarke Gyang to Sermanthang, marking the final stretch of this remarkable trek. The trail today is relatively easier compared to previous days, guiding you through lush forests adorned with chortens and cascading waterfalls. Passing through the quaint village of Gangyul, the path gently descends through the forests until reaching Sermanthang.

Day 6: Drive back to Kathmandu

After breakfast, say goodbye to the mountains and enjoy the scenic drive back to Kathmandu with Peregrine Treks. Relax in a private, air-conditioned car and admire the stunning scenery along the way. Upon arrival, check into Hotel. Spend the day as you wish, whether it’s sightseeing, shopping for souvenirs, or simply unwinding at the hotel.

Day 7: Depart Kathmandu

Today, you’ll be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your journey to next destination.
