DETAILS ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,429ft)
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly greeted with traditional Dhaka Khada and transferred to the hotel in (Check in at 1400 Hrs).
Reminder of the day is at leisure.

Day 2: Kathmandu City tour & trek Preparation (1,350m/4,429ft)

Pashupatinath Temple: Pashupatinath Temple is in Kathmandu. It’s dedicated to Lord Shiva. UNESCO lists it. It features pagoda-style architecture. It showcases intricate carvings. It stands by the Bagmati River. Daily rituals take place. Devotees frequent it.

Boudhanath Stupa: one of the world’s largest, draws visitors for its religious importance. Encircling the base are 108 niches with statues of the Dhyani Buddha Amitabha, symbolizing enlightenment stages. It holds significance for Tibetan Buddhists and locals alike.

Day 3: Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding(2,800m/9,187ft, 3-4 hrs)
We early in the morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the Gateway to Everest. Perched above the Dudh Kosi, Lukla introduces us to the legendary Sherpas. After lunch, we trek north towards Phakding along a trail lined with sacred mani stone walls, respecting local customs by passing them clockwise.

Day 4: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar(3,438m/11,280ft,5-6 hrs)
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.) in about five and a half hours. The trail ascends through a forest of rhododendron, magnolia, and giant fir-trees. Our destination is Namche Bazaar, a charming mountain village and the Sherpa capital. We ascend Namche Hill at a steady pace to reach this bustling town, a crucial meeting and trading hub for the locals.

Day 5: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar
Today is a rest and acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar. The village boasts colorful shops, delicious food, and breathtaking mountain views. An early hike offers a stunning Himalayan sunrise and vistas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. We can visit the Sherpa Museum to learn about traditional Sherpa lifestyle and see captivating photography exhibits. Proper acclimatization increases our chances of reaching Khumjung, our ultimate goal.

Day 6: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Khumjung(3,810m/12,501ft, 4 hrs)
Today, we climb to the renowned airstrip at Syangboche. Above it lies the Everest View Hotel, from that place offering a close-up view of Everest. We then trek to Khumjung village, nestled amidst Kondge, Thamserku, and Khumbila mountains. Here, we visit the Edmund Hillary School and Khumjung Monastery.

Day 7: Trek from Khumjung to Tengboche(3,870m/12,697ft, 4-5 hrs)

We descend to Dudhkoshi River, passing through picturesque villages. Following a forest trail, we reach a ascending for about two hours through pine and fir forests to Tengboche village. Here lies the renowned Tengboche Gumba, the largest monastery in the Khumbu region, offering panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Tawache, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Everest.

Day 8: Trek from Tengboche to Monjo(2,835m/9,301ft, 6-7 hrs)
From Tengboche, we descend through the forest to Phunki Tenga, passing the large water-driven prayer wheels. with Everest and Lhotse fading into the distance, we’re greeted once again by Thamserku and Kondge peaks. Continuing down the valley along Dudh Koshi river, we reach Monjo, marking the entrance/exit of Sagarmatha National Park.

Day 9: Trek from Monjo to Lukla(3,860m/9,380ft, 4-5 hrs)
Our Last day trekking in Everest View Trek follows the Dudh Koshi back down to Lukla. This last evening in the mountains presents an ideal opportunity for a farewell party with the Sherpa guides and porters. We get to sample chang (local beer), try some Sherpa dance steps and end the trek on a happy note.

Day 10: Flight back to Kathmandu(1350m/4,429ft, 35minutes)
After breakfast,Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla, enjoying the final views of the majestic snow-capped mountains. Upon landing, Transfer to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing overnight in Hotel.

Day 11: Free day in Kathmandu
Explore the city, stroll Thamel’s streets for local culture, visit nearby monasteries, relax at spas, or hunt for souvenirs in local bazaars. In the evening, we come together for a special farewell dinner at a traditional Nepalese restaurant.

Day 12: Final Departure
Our airport team will escort you to Tribhuvan International Airport today for your flight to next destination.

The Everest View Trek was an incredible journey that exceeded all expectations! From the moment we set foot on the trail, we were greeted with stunning vistas of the Himalayas. The carefully planned itinerary allowed us to acclimatize gradually while soaking in the breathtaking beauty of the landscape.
